   Proposal Description:
   Objective: Randomized clinical trials (RCTs) rely on diagnostic criteria including patterns of cognitive impairment as well as behavioral and functional features to select participants. Without amyloid/tau biomarkers, 20 of clinically diagnosed patients lack AD pathology at autopsy. Inclusion of these individuals in RCTs hinders success. The objective of this study is to examine which measures (neuropsychological, behavioral, functional) increase accuracy of high-likelihood (HAD) or low-likelihood (LAD) AD pathological diagnosis.
